Hurstwood in Sussex. John
& Rebecca URIDGE née JEFF lived
in this village and Derek has researched where
they lived and who their neighbours were.
Derek is researching the MUDDLE
family who originated also from High Hurstwood.
Derek has kindly transcribed the wills of
John
URIDGE (-1792), and his son John
(1746-1808). These wills and other information
Derek has provided have enabled me to link
up several unconnected relatives and probably
taken me back another generation from John
& Rebecca URIDGE - the main Sussex progenitor.

Pirates
of Dawlish - well not quite! A picture
of the Euridges of Dawlish, taken at the Family
Reunion in Dawlish on July 24, 2004. This
event took place on the eve of my mother's
80th birthday and was attended by all of her
