Soloman HARE was born in 1843 in Wimblington, Cambridgeshire.1 He was the son of William HARE and Ann WHITWELL.1 Soloman appeared in the census of April 1851 at Welches Dam, Cambridgeshire.1 Solomon married Charlotte PAINE in 1866 in the Tottenham registration district.2 In the census of 3 April 1881 he was at the same address as his sister Mary Jane, and brother-in-law John W. EURIDGE, but enumerated as a different household.3 In the census of 3 April 1881 at 2 Grove Green Villas, Winkfield Road, Tottenham, London, Soloman was listed as the Head of Household; a Carman, living with his wife Charlotte and an unmarried lodger Fred GERMAN.3 He was present at the death, and the informant on the death certificate of his mother's death Ann HARE in 27 September 1898 in the Wimblington registration district.4,5,6
