He was listed in the census of 7 June 1841 at Manor House, Eynsford, Kent. James Pettit EURIDGE may have witnessed the marriage of Jane Elizabeth TRANTER and William EURIDGE on 16 April 1849 at St Philip's, Swanfield Street, Bethnal Green, London; Witnessed by W. Tranter, and James Dredge (his mark). This could have been James Euridge.4,5,6,7
He was listed in the census of 30 March 1851 at Farningham, Kent.8
James married Sarah STRINGER, daughter of James STRINGER (?) and Sarah STRINGER, on 25 November 1860 in Dartford, Kent.9,10 As of the census of 7 April 1861, James Pettit EURIDGE lived at 120 Toll Gate, Eynsford, Kent and was a Toll Gate Keeper.11 As of the 2 April 1871 census, James Pettit EURIDGE lived at 47 Eynsford Street, Eynsford, Kent and he was a Road Labourer. James appeared on the census of 3 April 1881 at High St Youngs Cot 3, Eynsford, Kent, and was a Road Labourer.12
In the census of 5 April 1891 at 30 Eynsford Street, Eynsford, Kent, James was listed as the Head of Household; He was a Roadman Labourer, living with his wife, and their grandson Reginald HEAD.13
In the census of 31 March 1901 at Bower Cottage, Eynsford, Kent, James was listed as the Head of Household; an Road Labourer, living with his wife and a boarder.14
James died in 1906 in Bower Cottages, Eynsford, Kent.15 He was buried on 27 May 1906 at Eynsford, Kent.16

James died on 3 March 1944 in Epsom, Surrey.6,7 The 1944 Will index shows: "James EURIDGE of Vine Cottage, Eynsford, Kent Died 3 March 1944 at Epsom Surrey Administration Llandudno 3 May to Eudora LARTER widow Effects £124 0s 6d.7"

In the census of 30 March 1851 at 11 Vicarage House, Eynsford, Kent, he was listed as aged 7 born in Eynsford, the son of Thomas EURIDGE.6
John appeared on the census of 7 April 1861 at 1 Parsonage Farm, Eynsford, Kent. His occupation was cowman to Farmer Daniel MANDY.7
John married Emma WIMHURST, daughter of Thomas WIMHURST and Mercy SHOEBRIDGE, on 2 June 1867 at The Parish Church, St. George Hanover Square, London. He was a Painter living in Davish? Street; The marriage was witnessed by Walter PAYNE and Sarah WOOD.8,2
In the census of 2 April 1871 at The Round House, Kinnerton Street, St. George Hanover Square, London, William was listed as the Head of Household; a Carman, living with his wife Emma, and (step) son Harry.9,10
His wife, Emma, died in 1876 in the Lambeth registration district.11,2
John married Mary Jane HARE, daughter of William HARE and Ann WHITWELL, on 14 October 1877 at St. Michael's Church, Wood Green, Middlesex. He was a Hop Merchant, a Widower aged 34, living in St. Mary Lambeth. His father was listed as Thomas EURIDGE, Bricklayer. The marriage was witnessed by Emma WARSLEY, and George WIMHURST (Groom's late wife's brother.)12,1
John witnessed the marriage of John EURIDGE and Jane Elizabeth TAYLOR on 2 August 1880 at All Saints Church, Stoke Newington, London.13,14
John was listed as aged 37 born in Eynsford Kent, the Head of Household in the census of 3 April 1881 at 2 Grove Green Villas, Winkfield Road, Tottenham, Middlesex, a Hop Porter, living with his wife Mary J., and their two children Charlotte A., and William H.15 He was at the same address as his brother-in-law Soloman HARE, but enumerated as a different household.16
In 1884, at the time of the birth of their daughter Flora, John was a Warehouseman, and they lived at 22 Newton Road, Tottenham, London.17
In the census of 5 April 1891, he was listed as a Brewery Foreman, aged 45 born in Eynsford Kent, a Patient in The Infirmary, Duke Street, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire.18
John died on 9 February 1892 in 25 Edward Street, Horninglow, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, at the age of 48. a Brewer's Foreman.19,20,21 He was buried on 12 February 1892 at Stapenhill Cemetery, 38 Stapenhill Road, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire.22

Research Note: In the 1871 census, it details he had a son Harry born in Sevenoaks. This is assumed to be his step-son, Harry WIMHURST born in 1863 in Sevenoaks.23,9

     Emma WIMHURST was born on 13 April 1841 in Sevenoaks, Kent.2,3,4 She was the daughter of Thomas WIMHURST and Mercy SHOEBRIDGE.1,3

Emma witnessed the marriage of her brother William to Mary WOOD on 7 June 1862 at The Parish Church, St. George Hanover Square, London.5 Emma was the informant on the death certificate of her father Thomas WIMHURST who died on 23 February 1863 in Sevenoaks, Kent.3,6
In 1867, Emma lived at Great Stanhope Street, St. George Hanover Square, London.1
Emma married John William EURIDGE, son of Thomas EURIDGE and Jane EASTWOOD, on 2 June 1867 at The Parish Church, St. George Hanover Square, London, The marriage was witnessed by Walter PAYNE and Sarah WOOD.7,1
In the census of 2 April 1871 at The Round House, Kinnerton Street, St. George Hanover Square, London, she was listed as aged 30 born in Sevenoaks, the wife of William EURIDGE (a Carman, living with his wife Emma, and (step) son Harry.)8,9

In the census of 30 March 1851 at Fortye's Hall, Welches Dam, Cambridgeshire, she was listed as aged 3 born in Welches Dam, the daughter of William HARE.6
In the census of 7 April 1861 at Station Road, Wimblington, Cambridgeshire, she was listed as aged 12 born in Welches Dam, the daughter of William HARE.7
In the census of 2 April 1871 at Chapel Lane, Wimblington, Cambridgeshire, she was listed as aged 24 born in Welches Dam, the daughter of William HARE.8
Mary married John William EURIDGE, son of Thomas EURIDGE and Jane EASTWOOD, on 14 October 1877 at St. Michael's Church, Wood Green, Middlesex. She was a Spinster, aged 31 residing in Wood Green. Her father was listed as William HARE, Labourer. The marriage was witnessed by Emma WARSLEY, and George WIMHURST (Groom's late wife's brother.)9,5

In the census of 2 April 1911 at 24 Henry Street, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, Mary was listed as an Officer Cleaner at the Brewery, aged 64 born in Welches Dam, Cambridge, the Head of Household; she was a Widow living alone, married 33 years with eight children - five living three dead.23
Mary was in an undated photograph taken together with her family.24,25
An incident relating to her was reported in the Burton Evening Gazette, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire on 25 August 1930, it read:
BURTON LADY'S FALL - Leg broken at 82 years of age.
Mary Jane EURIDGE (82) of Henry Street, fell down in the house on Sunday and broke her right leg. She is now in the Burton Infirmary.26,27

Mary died on 25 August 1930 in Burton Infirmary, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, at the age of 82.3
Her death was announced in the Burton Evening Gazette, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire on 26 August 1930, it read:
BURTON WOMAN'S DEATH
The death occurred at Burton Infirmary at 6:50 pm yesterday of Mrs Mary Jane EURIDGE aged 82 of 45 Henry Street, Burton who was admitted to the Infirmary on Sunday. She is reported to have received severe leg injuries in a fall at her home on Sunday.26,27
She was buried on 28 August 1930 at Stapenhill Cemetery, 38 Stapenhill Road, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire.28

     William HARE was born in 1804 in Wimblington, Cambridgeshire.1,2,3 He was the son of Thomas HARE and Jane BROWN.1,4 William was baptized at the age of eight years on 5 April 1812 at Doddington, Cambridgeshire.1,3 William married Ann WHITWELL on 21 November 1826 at Doddington, Cambridgeshire, botp in the presence of Mary HARE and Mary WARBY.5,1,2,3
In the census of 6 June 1841 at Doddington, Cambridgeshire, William was listed as the Head of Household; an Agricultural Labourer, assumed to be liviing with this wife Ann, and their children Thomas, Sarah, Joseph, Reuben, and Bartholomew.6 William was a Labourer between 1847 and 1877 at Welches Dam, Cambridgeshire.7,5

In the census of 7 April 1861 at Station Road, Wimblington, Cambridgeshire, William was listed as aged 51 born in Wimblington, the Head of Household; an Agricultural Labourer, living with his wife Ann, and their children Sarah Ann, and Mary Jane. Also listed was their grand-daughter Mary Ann.9

     French EURIDGE was born in 1857 in Eynsford, Kent.2,3 He was the son of Thomas EURIDGE and Jane EASTWOOD.1
French EURIDGE was baptised on 30 August 1857 at Eynsford, Kent.1
In the census of 2 April 1871 at 76 Eynsford Street, Eynsford, Kent, he was listed as the son of Thomas EURIDGE.4
French married Sarah Ann DAY in 1877 in Eynsford, Kent.5
He was listed in the census of 3 April 1881 at Petham Ct Cottages, Eynsford, Kent, He was a Plate Layer On Line.6 In the census of 5 April 1891 at 5 Ship Lane, Sutton at Hone, Kent, French was listed as aged 34 born in Eynsford, the Head of Household; a Farm Servant, living with his wife Sarah A., and children Walter G., Amelia J., and Fredrick F.7
In the census of 31 March 1901 at 4 Ship Lane, Sutton at Hone, Kent, French was listed as the Head of Household; an Engine Stoker in the Paper Mill, living with his wife and three children and a boarder.3
French died in 1923 in Strood, Kent.8

Sarah married French EURIDGE, son of Thomas EURIDGE and Jane EASTWOOD, in 1877 in Eynsford, Kent.5
She was listed in the census of 1881 at Petham Ct Cottages, Eynsford, Kent.1 In the census of 5 April 1891 at 5 Ship Lane, Sutton at Hone, Kent, she was listed as aged 35 born in Farningham, the wife of French EURIDGE; a Farm Servant, living with his wife Sarah A., and children Walter G., Amelia J., and Fredrick F.6 In the census of 31 March 1901 at 4 Ship Lane, Sutton at Hone, Kent, she was listed as a Rag Sorter In Paper Mill, the wife of French EURIDGE; an Engine Stoker in the Paper Mill, living with his wife and three children and a boarder.4

     Frederick French EURIDGE was born on 24 April 1880 in Swanley, Sutton at Hone, Kent.1 He was the son of French EURIDGE and Sarah Ann DAY.2 Frederick died in infancy.2,3 He was buried on 6 May 1880 at Eynsford, Kent.4

     Frederick French EURIDGE was born in 1889 in Eynsford, Kent.1,2 He was the son of French EURIDGE and Sarah Ann DAY.3 In the census of 5 April 1891 at 5 Ship Lane, Sutton at Hone, Kent, he was listed as aged 2 born in Eynsford, the son of French EURIDGE.4
In the census of 31 March 1901 at 4 Ship Lane, Sutton at Hone, Kent, he was listed as the son of French EURIDGE.2 Frederick French EURIDGE served in World War I between 1914 and 1918.5,6
Frederick married Edith Maude WEBB on 8 March 1915 in Parish Church, Gravesend, Kent.7,6 Frederick was a Super Calenderman.8
Frederick died on 3 November 1930 in 155 Park Avenue, Northfleet, Kent.9,10 The 1930 Will index shows: "Frederick French EURIDGE of 29 Lynton Road South Gravesend, Kent Died 3 November 1930 at 155 Park Avenue Northfleet Kent Administration London 18 December to Edith Maude EURIDGE widow Effects £229 15s.11"
