William FLUDDER was baptised on 20 May 1804 at Mitcham, Surrey.2 He was the son of John FLUDDER and Jane BIGNAL.1 William FLUDDER immigrated with his brothers Henry FLUDDER and James FLUDDER at USA.1

At the time of his daughter Helen's marriage in 1892, Robert was a Pensioned Conductor of Ordnance Department.2
Research Note: In the marriage certificate of his daughter Helen Charlotte to John Francis, her father is listed as Robert BLOFELD. However in the marriage certificate to Thomas REES, her father is listed as William BLOOMFIELD. This is believed to have been a mistake as Helen is mentioned in her uncle's will (Robert's brother) as being the daughter of Robert.1,2,3
