REES, was born on 14 February 1929 at Cymmer, Glamorganshire, He was the twin of Eric.^4,1 He was the son of Percival Thomas REES and Janet Georgina PACKER.³ Valentine Vernon REES and Eric REES were educated in 1934 at Ynyshir, Porth, Glamorganshire.⁵ He was mentioned in a Porth newspaper article in 1960 when his father was interviewed.⁶ Valentine died in December 1960 at the age of 31. His death was registered in the Pontypridd registration district.^4,2 Valentine was buried at Pontypridd, Glamorganshire.⁴
