Samuel George BAKER was born on 2 December 1908.2 He was the son of George BAKER and Alice Maud DENGATE.2 Samuel George BAKER married Adella Florence GIRARD on 18 April 1927 at Peckham, London, They had four children - Charles William BAKER, Alice Maud BAKER, Marion Violet BAKER and Sylvia Ann BAKER.2 Samuel George BAKER began military service between 1938 and 1943 at South Africa.2 Samuel died on 13 June 1984 at Dulwich Hospital, Dulwich, London, at the age of 75.2 He was cremated at Brenchley Gardens, Brockley, London.2

     Adella Florence GIRARD was born on 10 June 1909, to William GIRARD and Cecilia ROTHON.2 She married Samuel George BAKER, son of George BAKER and Alice Maud DENGATE, on 18 April 1927 at Peckham, London, They had four children - Charles William BAKER, Alice Maud BAKER, Marion Violet BAKER and Sylvia Ann BAKER.2 Adella died on 10 February 1981 at Cane Hill Asylum, Surrey, at the age of 71.2 Adella was buried at Cremated at Brenchley Gardens, Brockley, London.2 Adella used to sing in the pubs down the Old Kent Road. At one time she worked at Monderton's making pianos.2
